IT Business Systems Manager

We are seeking a Business Systems Manager to establish and manage a new team within the business. The team will be responsible for builds, set ups, and maintenance of the IT systems needed for business operations. This includes providing services and support for various systems, whilst focusing on customer satisfaction, collaborating with IT and cross functional teams, and solving problems to ensure reliable services.
The role involves making sure IT services are designed and implemented to meet business needs. The successful candidate must offer proven management experience and strong people management skills to help develop and enhance team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully build and lead the IT Platform team to address the requirements of stakeholders, encompassing IT Infrastructure, IT Development teams, and end users.
- Serve as the product owner for standard software frameworks, APIs, and libraries utilized by development teams.
- Work closely with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and successful implementation of IT platforms.
- Cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors, to foster collaboration and tap into external expertise as needed.
Requirements:

- Skilled in creating streamlined processes to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Well-versed in the platforms and tools required to operate a large enterprise.
