Due to an internal promotion, the team are now seeking to appoint a Senior Administrator to join their Learning & Development team and become part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

This role will largely be home based, with a couple of days a month in the office. Candidates who prefer to be in the office more often are welcome to do so.

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to support the Learning and Development (L&D) function of our well established client. In this role, you will support the team in the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and development activities and act as a first point of call for all related queries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping others grow and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team in the development, coordination, and administration of training programs and workshops.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the L&D team, including maintaining databases.
  • Assist the team in preparing training materials and other educational resources.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling diaries and participant communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by gathering feedback from participants.
  • Preparing ad hoc administrative reports.
  • Support the Learning and Development team in identifying areas of improvement.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Pro-active, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A passion for learning and helping others develop their skills.
