Recruitment Consultant (Perm)
Salary: £30k - £35k DOE + Commission
Location: Brighton
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 17.30pm

Responsibilities:
- Developing new business opportunities via phone, email and marketing activities.
- Headhunting, resourcing relevant candidates and conducting interviews.
- Advertising new roles.
- Negotiating terms of business.
- Attending meetings, teams' meetings and networking functions.
- Working to revenue targets.
- Updating the CRM system accurately.
- Booking interviews, providing interview preparation and follow up.
- Negotiating offers successfully.
- Managing a sales pipeline.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
- Proven recruitment background.
- Ability to generate new business and account manage existing clients.
- Great communication and relationship building skills.
- Enjoy working in a busy and focused team.
- Driven, self-motivated and tenacious.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline.
- Good IT skills including using CRM systems.
