Would you like to gain experience in a HR position working for a company that has seen rapid growth year on year? The purpose of this position is to support the down to earth fun team, who are very busy but always up for a laugh. This is an exciting time to join the business as they are growing rapidly and moving into their busiest time of year, this will be a great opportunity to learn and gain fantastic HR experience from experienced managers that are looking to pass on their knowledge.
The Administrator will:
Manage the systems
Deal with all the employees to ensure smooth running of processes and procedures
Make sure policies are adhered to
Work with managers to actions or urgent HR needs
Liaise with payroll on a regular basis
Assist in arranging HR meetings
Deal with the onboarding and inductions of new starters
Issuing contracts
Dealing with all confidential HR documentation
Work with colleagues across the other areas of the business
Help with the recruitment process
Skills Required
Previous adminstrative experience
Have excellent communication skills and outstanding attention to detail
Be approachable and be able to keep and handle confidential information
Be confident on all Microsoft packages including Excel
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet deadlines
Work with flexibility
Have previous administration experience
Previous HR experience is advantageous but not essential
Must be able to work on their own accord with confidence
