Job Title: Ecology Manager (Principal Level)
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities as Ecology Manager
- Guide the ecology team in providing environmental services that support business objectives.
- Set priorities and efficiently allocate resources within the team.
- Utilise ecological knowledge to successfully complete projects and meet goals.
- Oversee ecological planning and act as an expert witness when necessary.
- Offer expert ecological guidance to ensure compliance and project success.
- Identify opportunities for improving ecology services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve desired outcomes.
- Hold team members responsible for following standards and protocols.
- Represent projects and the company professionally in various settings.
Ecology Manager Criteria
- BSc/MSc in ecology or similar relevant field (essential)
- Extensive relevant experience (5+ years)(essential)
- Mixture of field and recent consultancy experience
- Extensive BNG knowledge and experience
- Full UK driving licence
