Castlefield Recruitment are currently representing a national care provider who are looking for a part time Residential Scheme Manager. This is a permanent role offering £32,000 pro rota for 25 hours per week.
Residential Scheme Manager – Housing Association – About The Role:
- Be accountable on a day-to-day basis for ensuring the location is safe and secure e.g. free from obvious hazards
- Oversee delivery of services at the site to ensure high standards and good customer satisfaction.
- Work in partnership with residents to co-create services that meet the needs of residents and promote independence
- Be accountable for supporting and/or signposting residents who need health, welfare or financial support
- Deliver excellent customer service and engagement driving a culture of first-time resolution
Residential Scheme Manager – Housing Association – What You Need:
- Experience of working with older people or in housing is desired
- Experience of working in a fast-paced customer focused environment
