Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor 2+PQE
Salary: £45,000 - £68,000 DOE and qualifications.
Location: Bristol, hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days from home.
Hours: Full Time.
Legal 500 firm.
Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Manage a varied caseload of Commercial Property files including but not limited to, Buying and Selling of Commercial Property files, Leases and Letting Commercial Property, Landlord and Tenant, Commercial Property Investment & Management etc.
- Assist the wider team and provide advice to junior staff members where appropriate.
- Networking and business development.
Experience Required:
- Qualified Solicitor or licensed Conveyancer in Commercial Property. At least 2 years post qualified.
- Experience managing a varied caseload of commercial property files.
- Driven to further progress in your career.
- Comfortable in a networking environment, able to build strong working relationships.
- Friendly approachable personality.
