ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Solicitor/Legal Executive, you will assist the Departmental Head by managing a caseload independently and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include drafting Wills, managing estate administrations, and handling court of protection applications. You will also engage in business development and marketing activities to contribute to the department's success.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you will need to be a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with proven experience in drafting Wills, managing estate administrations, and a good knowledge of inheritance tax. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage your workload independently are essential. Experience with a case management system, ideally Proclaim, and a commitment to maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge and compliance are also required.
