We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Repairs Surveyor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing property repair projects in York, Scarborough and the surrounding areas.

Description

  • Manage property repairs
  • Conduct thorough property surveys to identify repair needs.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.
  • Prepare reports on completed repair projects.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
  • Work closely with the property department team members to ensure repair work aligns with overall property management goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service to property tenants.
  • Continuously update knowledge of construction and repair trends and techniques.

Profile

A successful Repairs Surveyor should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Building Surveying or Construction Management.
  • Experience in managing property repair projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
