Desirable Skillset:
- Experienced Legal Secretary: You'll have good experience within a law firm, ideally in residential conveyancing.
- Completion & Exchange Expert: Previous experience in handling completions and exchanges (estate agent experience not applicable).
Key Responsibilities:
- Audio Typist: Accurately transcribe legal documents and correspondence with precision and speed.
- Client Liaison: Professionally handle calls and provide top-tier service to new and existing clients.
- Proclaim: Efficiently input and manage case data on our Proclaim case management system.
- Appointment Manager: Confidently coordinate and arrange meetings for clients and solicitors.
- File Management: Open, maintain, and close client files, ensuring smooth case progression.
- Proactive Problem Solver: Conduct property searches, manage legal correspondence, and ensure all tasks are handled with care and attention to detail.

£21-26k
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
