About the Job:
- Managing and building relationships with clients and candidates.
- Developing new business through different sale techniques.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Dealing with Payroll for temporary workers and invoicing clients.
- Visiting clients to gain new business and maintain relationships.
