Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage potential buyers, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, from inquiry to final sale, including viewings and negotiations.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the development's success.
  • Manage sales documentation, contracts, and reports accurately.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in new homes.
  • Passionate about exceptional customer service with a personable demeanour.
  • Motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Able to work collaboratively and independently.
