Sales Support Coordinator

  • Job Type: Full-time, 12-month fixed term contract

  • Salary: £25,000 + bonus

We are looking for a French-speaking Sales Support Coordinator to manage the administration of international agent bookings, focusing on the French market. You will provide essential support to Business Development Managers, ensuring customer expectations are met and future bookings are secured.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Manage pre-travel administration for International Agent group bookings from French-speaking countries.
  • Support Business Development Managers with information for selling various educational and holiday courses.
  • Communicate with customers in English and French throughout the booking cycle, ensuring accuracy in final itineraries, transfer details, and invoicing.
  • Collaborate on bed allocations for overseas group bookings and handle related telephone calls, correspondence, and administrative tasks.
  • Provide Agents and Business Development Managers with timely information regarding prospective holidays.
  • Book itineraries, airport transfers, and excursion coaches, ensuring prompt and accurate information flow to centre teams and internal departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and French is essential.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM and reservation systems is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for educational and familiarisation visits to UK and international locations
  • Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation during peak seasons.
