Well Placed HR are delighted to have been engaged by a highly regarded professional services organisation, who seek to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their people management function. The role is offered as a full time, interim contract to cover a period of maternity leave (12 months). The company offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement to be discussed with potential candidates.
This is a multisite organisation with exceptional reputation for staff retention and development and the successful candidate will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient running of the HR function. This will be a broad and interesting role covering many areas of HRM with key responsibilities to include:
- Act as a key point of contact for all staff providing a consultative advisory service to all.
- Answer staff queries on matters including statutory leave.
- Liaise with Recruitment Manager on all ongoing recruitment projects
- Assist the senior management team with strategic people management initiatives
- Oversee new starter information employee onboarding programs
- Ensure that documentation is correctly filed and records are well maintained
- Support the internal recruitment function with effective recruitment marketing campaigns
- Provide reports to the wider HR team
- Provide support with Early Careers and L&D
For this role we seek an experienced HR Advisor, ideally qualified to CIPD level 3 or 5 or equivalent and with recent exposure gained in a similar level role. Previous experience gained within professional services would be desirable, but not essential. This is a fantastic role offering a highly competitive salary (£34-38k and extensive benefits including enhanced annual leave).
