Role: Head Teacher, Principal or Head of School

Salary Range: L17 - L22
GSL Education are currently supporting a large Trust of Primary Schools who are seeking a Head Teacher, Principal or Head of School for a Hull Primary School.
The role is to begin in September 2024 and is likely to extend until April or July 2025.
The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of a comprehensive and balanced curriculum, combining academic achievement and progress with essential life skills, independence, and compassion, equipping pupils to thrive in the modern world. You will also work to further enhance achievement across the school, identifying areas for development through accurate evaluation and quality assurance.
Are you a leader who:
- Possesses relevant and up-to-date knowledge of teaching and learning strategies for the primary phase
- Is enthusiastic about collaborating with colleagues to develop an aspirational and broad curriculum
- Effectively leads staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences for all pupils, including those with significant educational needs
- Has a thorough understanding of the factors influencing pupil performance and strategies to overcome learning barriers
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and a relentless drive for educational improvement and higher standards for all pupils
- Has significant experience in leading and developing others, particularly middle leaders
- Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Has a proven track record of leading a team through change and improvement
