Job Description: As a Property Sales Progressor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of property sales from offer acceptance to completion. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and estate agents to facilitate the progression of property sales.
  2. Monitoring and managing the sales pipeline, ensuring all parties are kept informed of progress and any potential issues are addressed promptly.
  3. Conducting regular updates and communications with clients to provide reassurance and maintain satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  4. Coordinating and facilitating property inspections, surveys, and other necessary tasks to move sales forward.
  5. Resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise during the sales process, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
  6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales progression activities and communications.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales progression within the property industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they escalate.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and colleagues alike.
