SPANISH SPEAKING PA to GENERAL COUNSEL and CFO - Mayfair, London

JOB TITLE: Spanish speaking PA to CFO and General Counsel

?? LOCATION: St James', London

?? REMUNERATION: Circa £45-50,000+ per annum

?? CONTRACT DETAILS: Full time, Permanent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing support to both the CFO and General Counsel in handling personal and business-related matters
  • Overseeing and managing all personal activities for the Family in both the UK and Spain, including homes, transport, tax, and social activities
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to prepare compelling presentations
  • Assisting in the organisation of company and customer events, working alongside other PAs
  • Efficiently managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and arranging rooms/venues across different time zones
  • Preparing meeting minutes and necessary documentation
  • Collaborating with the in-house Business Travel team to arrange personal and business travel itineraries, as well as printing required documents
  • Providing first-line support to C-suite employees when necessary
  • Assisting other PAs in the London office during their absence
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Spanish speaking
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and IT systems
  • Demonstrates a flexible and positive attitude, thriving in a dynamic environment
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships effectively with colleagues of all levels
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Proactive approach and ability to handle multiple tasks and anticipate challenges

  • Maintains discretion and handles confidential matters
