Randstad is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join our dynamic team in Manchester. This role involves providing essential support to students ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students exhibiting challenging behaviour.
- Develop and implement behaviour management plans and strategies.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Enhanced DBS on the updated service is mandatory (or willingness to apply for one).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
