Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience

Position Summary:

My client is seeking an accomplished Digital Marketing/Account Manager with a proven track record in digital growth strategy and paid digital channels to join their rapidly expanding full-stack marketing agency.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in agency environments, specializing in paid social, social media marketing, and a range of other marketing channels.

This role involves managing multiple client accounts, planning and executing comprehensive campaigns across the marketing funnel to drive growth and meet client objectives. The candidate should possess strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, and be dedicated, curious, and thorough in their approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaign Leadership: Lead and set the digital direction for multiple client accounts, developing and executing strategies to increase brand awareness, consideration, sales, and lead generation.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize multichannel campaigns across paid & organic social (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, X).
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct data analysis and KPI reporting using GA, platform data, or other datasets to inform campaign strategies and provide actionable insights.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, media partners, and internal teams. Act as the primary contact for clients, leading weekly calls and presenting performance reports and recommendations.
  • Team Management: Line manage and provide technical training to junior team members, oversee the wider team, and assist with recruitment.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure financial accountability.
  • Project Management: Lead project management efforts and guide the digital direction of client accounts.

  • Expertise in paid social channels (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, X)
  • Proficiency in multichannel campaign planning and activation.
  • Strong data analysis and KPI reporting skills.

  • Proven budget management capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years' experience in an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts and driving brand growth.
  • Strategy & Campaign Management.
  • Paid Social including Google/Meta/TikTok Ads experience.
  • Proficiency with Google Search Console & Google Tag Manager.
  • Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
