This growing Northampton-based business is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Manager to lead a small HR team as the business goes thru a period of significant growth.
As HR Business Partner you will carry out a fully generalist role, with responsibility for:
- Driving key people initiatives.
- Developing the HR offering including the ongoing development & implementation of policies and procedures.
- Leading on change including TUPE.
- Coaching & mentoring the leadership team in delivering accountable leadership and management.
- Complex Employee relations.
- Working with managers and leaders as well as the wider HR team on all aspects of HR including performance management, recruitment, learning & development and ER.
- Playing a key role on wider business projects, working with a range of stakeholders.
This is a superb opportunity for a self-starter with sound generalist experience, looking to work for a people-centric business going thru a period of significant change & growth. You will play a pivotal important role in HR for the UK business, working collaboratively and where HR is seen as key to business success. You will also have a wealth of exposure to the leadership team.
My client is looking for a commercially astute HR Business Partner with proven experience as an HR generalist, who enjoys operational HR as well as change/longer term projects. You must have a flexible & solutions focused approached and the resilience to take the business & its people through change.
Experience in a fast-paced environment is a must and exposure to a start-up environment is highly beneficial. Ideally your background will be in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics or similar.
This is an onsite role in Northampton but does offer flexibility re start/finish times.
Base salary up to £58k per annum.
