We are seeking a Recruitment Manager with a strong background in both recruitment and learning and development. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is passionate about driving the recruitment process and fostering employee growth within the legal sector.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Develop and implement learning and development plans that align with the company's goals and employee career paths.
- Engage with staff at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and devise strategies to attract top talent.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline the hiring process.
- Conduct regular reviews of employee performance and facilitate development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment and learning and development within the legal sector.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and best practices.
- Ability to create and execute effective learning and development initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate staff.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to align recruitment and development plans with business objectives.
