Day to Day of the Role:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Develop and implement learning and development plans that align with the company's goals and employee career paths.
  • Engage with staff at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and devise strategies to attract top talent.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline the hiring process.
  • Conduct regular reviews of employee performance and facilitate development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and learning and development within the legal sector.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and best practices.
  • Ability to create and execute effective learning and development initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate staff.
