You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and supporting projects within the IT team. This is a team player role that will require drive and initiative. You will play an active role within the Team, maintaining project plans, RAID logs and slide decks.
In this role, you update and manage project specific trackers, liaise with sites contacts, field engineers and suppliers, ensuring planned (tracker) activities are completed and ensure CMDB records are updated.

As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be:
- Defining repeatable processes with project managers, handing over to BAU teams as projects complete
- Raising paperwork for ordering equipment and services
- Raising risks and issues with project manager (where applicable)
- Maintaining and tracking delivery of communication plans
- Monitoring and updating the end-user or admin test plans, POC's and pilot testing
To be successful as IT Project Coordinator, you will need:
- Prince2 Foundation or equivalent
- Good communication skills to fit in with a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience of IT System Administration
