We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to help shape the future of our youngest learners.

As a part of our team, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality care and education, fostering a love for learning and curiosity in every child.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of dedicated nursery practitioners.
- Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that align with the Curiosity Approach.
- Monitor and support the development of each child, ensuring they reach their full potential.
- Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an early years setting.
- Passion for the Curiosity Approach and a commitment to creating a nurturing, home-like environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
