Your new role
I am currently recruiting for an experienced C#.NET Development Team Leader for my financial services client. You will be working on a large transformation project
You will lead a team that will deliver elements of a new solution that will be used across multiple functions to support their customers. This will be delivered through a modern cloud-based ecosystem including a Power Platform and Dynamics 365 front end and with .NET and Cloud AIS integrations with a new banking platform.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major complex transformation programme by leading a cross functional team and fulfilling a 'Tech Lead' role.
You will line manage a cross functional team, lead the technical challenges at an architectural level and influence the technology adoption and direction by using your Azure, Power Platform and Dynamics 365 knowledge. The tech stack includes .NET Core 3.1, Azure Integration Services (AIS), Power Platform, Dynamics 365, C#, Agile & Web technologies.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the direct line management of developers, testers, scrum, Business Analysts and Product Owners.
Assist with planning, allocation, and management of resource and support effective recruitment of technical resources to ensure appropriate resources are available to meet demand.
Responsible for supporting an environment of forward thinking, external focus, best practise and innovation for the team.
Responsible for the delivery of solutions including delivering change and maintaining system health.
Support the development of consistent and scalable processes, development approaches and standards to allow the team to deliver technical change efficiently and safely.
Delivering as per the agreed portfolio of business change and technical needs.
Promoting & monitoring of secure software standards.
To provide support to the development team and carrying out peer review of development work and/or test plans as appropriate.
Experience needed
You are an experienced Dev Team Lead or Tech Lead with a good blend of tech and people leadership skills.
You will have a strong relevant development background in a .NET environment
Must have experience with Azure Integration Services, Power Platform and Dynamics 365. This must be clearly evident in your CV.
Experience of working in an Agile environment desirable.
