Chef De Partie
– Michelin Star
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef de partie to join the chef patron and team in Michelin starred restaurant with rooms in Monmouth. The Chef de partie will be responsible for running a section and supporting the team to create dishes that fit alongside their tasting menu.
The Perks

- Salary basic of up to £32,000 depending on experience.
- 4 days on 3 days off
- £300- £600 a month in service

A renowned and beautiful boutique property, with 1 Michelin star, a Michelin Green star & 4 AA rosettes. They also have 8 guest rooms set in the Wye Valley & woodland.
The Person
The ideal Chef De Partie will have the following.
- Experience as a chef in a Michelin starred setting.
- knowledge of seasonal garden produce
- calm and composed persona.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to drive or live very locally to the area.
- Rosette or Michelin star experience
- Flexible to work shifts as required.
