Our client are luxurious supplier of porcelain and ceramic tiles are seeking an Administrator to join their team, they have grown rapidly since being founded in East London in 2017, and with a brand-new showroom opening soon, they are looking for someone to join their friendly team. This would be a full time, permanent position, offering a salary of up to £31,000. This will be fully on-site, based in East - London.

What will you be doing?

The Administrator will be responsible for aiding in the smooth operation of the company through the following day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Greeting and liaising with showroom visitors
  • Answering phone calls & emails and redirecting them where necessary, as well as managing the company's Whats App enquiries
  • Working closely with the Sales team to process supplier and customer orders and sending out samples to clients when requested.
  • Working closely with our Accounts team to aide in processing invoices
  • Keeping in regular contact with suppliers to check stock, production dates, and deliveries to arrange EU collections
  • Keeping in regular contact with clients to update them on the status of their quote or order
  • Scheduling client appointments
  • Organising in-house events and travel arrangements for the team
  • Managing general office duties such as overseeing office inventory, completing forms and paperwork, and ensuring that the office and showroom are always well presented.

What skills and qualifications will you have?

You will have strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's Grade C or above including English and Maths, previous administrative experience is a plus, with experience in the tile & bathroom industry would be beneficial, having experience in using a CRM system is desirable but not essential.

What will you receive?

Full time on-site role Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5PM

28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays

Closed over the Christmas holidays

Annual salary £26k - £31k depending on experience
