Our client's products are designed to meet the unique needs of custodial environments, ensuring comfort and functionality for users. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Internal Business Development Executive to join our client's team and help drive sales efforts.

Description

As an Internal Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, focusing on generating and nurturing leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our client's custodial furniture products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions and market trends.
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Prepare and send quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to continuously improve skills and performance.

Profile

  • Proven experience in telesales, preferably having experience dealing with Main Contractors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of motivation and a results-driven approach.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
