This is lovely, straight forward customer care role with a high admin content and fluent GERMAN . You will be taking 1-15 inbound calls per day from customers and the rest of the time will sort out general admin issues around claim. The client will consider graduates on PSW ( 2 year) visas who just want to work in the UK for a short well paid " internship" stint in order to get that all-important international experience om a global business . This will look good on any cv ! . You will initially be office based until probation is passed at 3 months. Thereafter the role is hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days are wfh. The international team is friendly and multilingual and very highly regarded within the company . This role is a mix of admin and customer care and you will be nurturing and looking after customers who call in with queries about their medical claims. The day is largely organisational and you will be dealing with documents and information related to claims that have been submitted . 5 weeks of intensive FULL TRAINING on site will be provided . The role: :
- Taking 1-15 inbound calls in German
- Dealing with general admin around payments and claims documentation
- Chasing signatures
- Liaising with external customers and suppliers
- Maintain confidentiality of all patients and/or client information.
- Checking for medical irregularity on invoices and flagging anywhere where fraud is suspected.
