Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
- Managing an ongoing ERP implementation
- Leading on the annual audit
- Preparation of the financial aspects of the board pack
- Business partnering with the senior leadership team to develop strategic approaches
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Getting involved in forecast modelling for due diligence
- Management accounts
- Management of one direct report
What you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Financial Controller / Finance Manager / Senior Management Accountant / Finance Director
- To be qualified in CIMA / ACCA / ACA
- Strong business partnering skills
- Experience in change management would be advantageous
- Previous work within a PE-backed business would be beneficial
