Juice is partnering with a local company in their search for a Retail, Food & Beverage Manager. This opportunity Will be perfect for an experienced F&B manager to take the next step in their career!
DAY TO DAY:
- Managing the operations of catering needs for busy periods, E.g. school holiday, Christmas etc.
- Work with senior management to develop the menu , including seasonal items
- Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers
- Manage budgets for the department and order stock as needed
- Manage staff, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard
- Ensure adherence to COSHH and food safety standards
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous food/beverage management/ team leader experience
- Strong team work
- People management experience is essential
- Confidence in food health and safety practices
- Experience managing budgets

Shift pattern is 5 out of 7 days a week to fall within Monday - Sunday.
