£40,000 - £45,000 FTE depending on experience

Are you an experienced Practice Manager within an accountancy practice, law firm or other professional service?
Looking to take on practice management responsibilities with a small and friendly firm? Want to work with genuinely nice people and be rewarded for your efforts?
This is the role for you! Harvey John are working with a wonderful accountancy practice in Chandler's Ford to recruit a Practice Manager on a part-time basis.
Their client base spans various industries and the role will require a willingness to be very hands-on and pro-active.

Requirements and responsibilities:
- Previous experience in a practice management capacity within an accountancy practice, law firm or other professional service line
- Willing to take ownership and be proactive in keeping the firm compliant in relation to GDPR, Money Laundering Regulations and Insurance
- Able to lead by example with best practice in relation to the firm's activities
- Ability to work independently, self-motivate and work well as part of a team
- Contribute to the success of the overall firm
- Taking a proactive approach to identifying and resolving any issues
- Workflow planning and overall management of day-to-day business activities
- Leading billing and WIP reviews
