Customer Account Co-Ordinator - Verwood - £35,000
Our well-established engineering client based in Verwood are looking for a Customer Account Co-Ordinator to join their team. This role serves as the key liaison between supplier and customer and managing customer expectations in terms of On Time Delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Keep the customer informed as soon as possible with any potential delays making sure to prioritise production to meet customer expectations.
- Liaise and effectively communicate with other departments to resolve any technical or quality issues.
- Participate in daily production meetings, actively contributing to expediting the completion and delivery of components to the customer.
Role Requirements
- Experience within Aerospace or Engineering is desirable
- Knowledge of Excel
- Experience of a manufacturing system (MRP/SAP) an advantage
- Good communicator
- Able to work with sales team to ensure monthly targets are met
- Well organised and able to prioritise workload
39-hours per week - Monday to Thursday 7:30am- 4:30pm and Friday 7:30am- 12:30pm
