A prestigious international Bank is urgently seeking a conscientious Premises Officer.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting with the premises management of the London office e.g. dealing with/resolving all building, building services and other FM related issues, liaising with any contractors, and day to day handling with suppliers of soft services (security, cleaning etc)
- Supporting engineer visits
- Admin duties
Your experience must include:
- Proven relevant premises management experience gained ideally within the financial services sector
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Please note this role will be working 5 days a week in the London office, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
