HEAD OF INSURANCE BROKER/OPERATIONS MANAGER WANTED!
Our client is seeking a Head of Insurance Broker/Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The Head of Insurance Broker/Operations Manager must have a solid background in Commercial (Construction) and Motor (Fleet) Insurance, leading Accounts Handlers and Accounts Executives.
Skills Required for the Head of Insurance Broker/Operation Manager:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An experienced insurance broking people leader who has a strong background in Insurance Brokerage.
- Previous experience in Account Handling within an Insurance company.
- Demonstrable experience in a management role within insurance and extensive knowledge of the Insurance industry specifically within Commercial (Construction) and Motor (Fleet) Insurance.
- Proven track record delivering both top and bottom-line performance and growth.
- Able to improve business performance, income, and employee engagement within a regulated environment through effective sales planning.
- Strong commercial leader with a commercial focus and financial awareness
- Ability to demonstrate leadership in driving new ideas and innovation
