Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our client, ensuring their facilities management needs are met with the highest standards of service. You will oversee the daily operations, manage client relationships, and ensure contract compliance. Your role is critical in maintaining client satisfaction and fostering a long-term partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client, understanding their needs and ensuring they receive exceptional service.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities management contract, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and support the on-site facilities team, promoting a positive work environment and ensuring team members have the resources and training needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Financial Management: Monitor the contract's financial performance, preparing budgets, managing costs, and ensuring profitability.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with relevant regulations and standards, preparing regular reports for the client and senior management.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise, maintaining a proactive approach to client needs and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management within the facilities management industry.
  • Strong understanding of facilities management operations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and contract compliance.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a team.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to address issues proactively and effectively.
  • Relevant qualifications in facilities management, business administration, or a related field are desirable.
