Together with our client we are seeking a creative and passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join their busy kitchen. You should have cooking experience in a similar or other high standard establishment.
The ideal candidate will also have:
- NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Catering & Hospitality (Food Preparation & Cooking), or equivalent gained through apprenticeship
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Training on HACCP & COSHH systems
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work when required and adapt to changing methods
And be:
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Accurate, and have good attention to detail
Salary:
£25,791 per annum inclusive of bonus
Contract type:
Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
