Key duties:
- Generating new business
- Proactive retention of the customer base
- Identify opportunities for new business
- Cross-selling and up-selling products
- Maintaining market knowledge
- Liaise with other departments
- General customer service
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in a sales environment
- Confident, approachable telephone manner
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyse and work with sales data
- Experience using a CRM or salesforce
