Accounts Assistant / £24,000 / Liverpool (Almost fully Remote) / 18 month FTC
Adaptable Recruitment are working with a growing and reputable business based in Liverpool who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team
Package:
- Salary £24,000
- 18 month FTC
- 27 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Flexible Hours (36 per week)
- Fully remote working pattern (expected to be in the office every few months)
Location: Liverpool
Job Duties:
- Support transactional team with purchase and sales ledger
- Bank Reconciliations
- Reconcile key supplier accounts
- Collecting debt from outstanding invoices
- Month end duties (journals, prepayments, cashflow, P&L)
- Support across finance function as needed
Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Finance Manager
When will interviews be taking place?
Interview will be happening ASAP
Ideal experience?
- Accounts Payable and Receivable experience essential
- AAT qualification desirable
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A 'can do' attitude
