Commercial Portfolio Analyst, 12 month FTC 70-75, real estate, considering candidates on a 1 month notice max.
I'm working with a real estate firm on a 12 month FTC, you will support across financial modelling to support asset management decisions. You will work closely with both finance and non finance teams to create financial models to support with strategic decision making.
Key responsibilities:
- Create a 3 way financial model to allow for scenario analysis.
- Support asset business planning with the creation of business plans with clear financial implications
- Business partner to divisions such as development, operations and sales - understanding key data and incorporate into models.
Key Skills:
- Qualified Accountant/ Analyst
- Experienced financial modeller
- Experience of asset planning.
