- Foot Mobile Engineer - London (Zones 1 & 2) - Commercial office space portfolio
- £43,000 per annum + London Zone 1-2 travel card
- Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm) - Overtime available
Duties
- HVAC PPMs and reactive maintenance - AHUs, FCUs, Air-Conditioning systems
- Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance - lighting, power distribution, critical plant systems
- Emergency light testing
- Fire alarm testing
- Fire door testing
- Replacing doors/handles/locks
- Painting/decorating
- Changing sockets
- Drainage and flushing
- General plumbing reactives and PPMs
- Rewiring
- Fault finding on pumps, cooling towers, chillers - visual inspections and liaising with subcontractors
- Minor installation works
Requirements
- C&G / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical or mechanical field
- C&G 17th/18th Edition
- Ability to put hands to mechanical, electrical and plumbing maintenance
- Can do attitude - willing to get head down and get the job done
