Job Overview
We are working with a Managed Service Provider who are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to assist with the business growth. You will be an experienced Service Desk Analyst with a desire to progress, learn, develop and show off your skills in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues across their broad range of clients. The Service Desk Analyst must be a strong believer in customer experience and building a rapport with everyone that they support.

Also, the Service Desk Analyst will be given a bespoke training programme to them to help them expand on their current experience. Responsibilities of the Service Desk Analyst include being the sole point of contact for IT related issues for SME's, travelling in and around London, Milton Keynes and the South Coast.

The Service Desk Analyst will get the chance to resolve tickets in relation to: Microsoft Server, hardware, desktop, laptops, networking, wireless access points and more.

Essential Skills - Service Desk Analyst:

  • Service Desk experience
  • Office 365
  • Entra ID
  • Active Directory
  • Networking
  • Windows Servers 2016+
  • Windows 10+

Desirable Skills - Service Desk Analyst:

  • Managed Service Provider experience
  • vLAN
  • Any relevant certifications
