Description
- Drive HR policies and procedures within the retail team
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on employment legislation and ensure compliance within the company
- Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Assist in developing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals
- Compile and update employee records for future references
- Promote equality and diversity as part of the company's culture
- Coordinate employee performance review procedures
Profile
A successful HR Coordinator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Proficiency in HR software and databases
- Strong understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept at conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
Job Offer
