Our client is looking for a temporary finance assistant for a period of 3 months! This is a great company based in North Oxford!
Your new role
- Analysing and clearing down un-invoiced purchase orders
- Liaising with contacts within accounts payable
- Purchase order queries
- Dealing with incoming queries
- Credit card statement reconciliations
- Financial administration
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of working in a busy finance role
- Experience of using various ERP systems
- You will be very analytical in your approach.
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skill
- Good communication
What you'll get in return
- £27,000 - £30,000 annual salary
- 3 months temp work
- Experience of working in the engineering sector
