We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual who is obsessed with digital innovation and personalisation. This role offers the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of eCommerce and digital retailing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE POSITION OF DIGITAL OPTIMISATION SPECIALIST WILL INCLUDE:

  • Create and deliver and oversee data driven, customer-centric visual merchandising strategies.
  • Manage onsite search, ensuring optimal configuration across fascias and enhancing the search experience.
  • Innovate and enhance personalisation on site and app via search and merch tools.
  • Develop forward thinking features that drives performance
  • Contribute new ideas into the Digital roadmap and own these from concept through to delivery.
  • Analyse and Interpret A/B test results, compiling detailed views of outcomes, learnings and next steps.
  • Ensure consistent and scalable optimisation practises through creating and constantly developing playbooks of best practises.
  • Identify customer pain points in the journey through reading data insights, presenting recommendations/actions on how to optimise in these areas.
  • Assist in the build and development of weekly reporting on key insights and actions.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION OF DIGITAL OPTIMISATION SPECIALIST, YOU WILL OFFER THE FOLLOWING:

  • Proven in digital optimisation, digital trade, analytics or related roles.
  • Commercial & analytical mindset.
  • Passionate about customer behaviour, optimising online experiences and an interest in wider digital practices.
  • Strong data driven mindset with a sound commercial understanding.
  • Experience in with Search & Merch tools such as Algolia or Attraqt.
  • Understanding of personalised algorithms and the effect on the customer journey.
  • Knowledge of GA and other analytical tools such as ContentSquare.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.
