Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide detailed financial analysis and insightful reporting to support strategic business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior management to formulate and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and efficiency.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring they are accurate and align with the company's goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor financial performance against targets, delivering regular updates and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Business Partnering: Act as a financial advisor to various departments, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored support and advice.
- Project Support: Provide financial expertise for key business projects, including new initiatives, product launches, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Education: ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA
- Experience: Previous experience within an FBP role. Proven experience in business partnering with senior leaders.
Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
