Active Recruitment are currently working with an outstanding Mainstream Primary School in West London, who are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to start in a role at the beginning of June, on a long-term basis with a view to go permanent. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping to make an impact for students with special educational needs including learning difficulties, autism, social and emotional needs.
Roles and responsibilities of the SEN Teaching Assistant:
- To support students with their learning in lessons, working with them individually and in small groups.
- Assisting kids with learning disabilities, Autism, challenging behaviour, SEMH.
- Supporting students, who have special needs, with their learning.
- Demonstrate skill and initiative working with young people.
