Job Description: seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants with a focus on the Tech (IT Services) sector. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 - 4 years of recruitment experience in a full 360 role. This position is not suitable for delivery or 180 roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to candidate placement.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, including both existing accounts and new business development.
- Demonstrate tenure and commitment in previous roles.
- Exhibit comfort and proficiency in a business development (BD) environment.
- Engage in business development activities, including selling into existing accounts and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Specialize in key verticals: Real Estate, Consumer, Banking & Financial Services, Procurement and Supply Chain, and Professional Services.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in a 360 environment.
- Proven track record of tenure in career history.
- Strong business development skills and experience.
- Ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively.
- Experience in the Tech (IT Services) sector is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
