Description
The main duties for the Payroll Officer include:
- Calculating and processing timely payroll for employees.
- Respond to any employee enquiries or queries.
- Utilize payroll software and systems appropriately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any payroll issues.
Profile
To be successful in this role you must have experience of working with payroll systems within the public sector, preferably within schools and the education sector.
You must be timely and work effectively. You must also be dedicated to Safeguarding policies of the school.
A broad knowledge of payroll systems, including Microsoft Word is imperative.
