Amazon Sales Executive

As my client continues to grow their 1P Amazon business, they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a EU Amazon Sales Executive.

You will work closely with various teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, as well as 3P partners, to extract relevant data-driven insights whilst maximizing revenue generation on Amazon pan-EU. This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of Amazon's policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Order Run timely resolution to maximise PO confirmation rate and revenue capturing
  • Define and execute Deals, tactical promotions and couponing, including post-mortem analysis and performance tracking reporting, ensuring clarify of funding needs / approval prior to execution
  • Develop strong business analytical frameworks and practises to support forecasting, promotional and performance optimization decision-making, collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Regularly monitor both sell-in and sell-out portfolio performance, identifying action plans against chase / excess / shortages challenges
  • Collaborate with FOB/DI execution, ensuring maximizing value and timely resolution of incidents
  • Support forecast cycle planning and analysis
  • Stay up to date on Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices to support the advancement of the companies capabilities
  • Responsible for ensuring projects and tasks are completed on time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • 3 years of commercial experience in e-commerce Amazon sales as Vendor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven successful and relevant business insights and analytics generation, applied to successful business challenges resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, policies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce tools and software, such as inventory management systems and analytics platforms, is a plus.
