Careers Lead
- Annual Salary: £25,378 - £28,466 (pro rata)

Our school is in search of an ambitious, flexible, and committed Careers Lead to take charge of our careers education, information, advice, and guidance services across all four of our sites. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the lives of our students by developing and leading the School's Careers Strategy and Policy.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Directly support students with their Personal Development curriculum, progression advice, work experience placements, enrichment, and student voice opportunities.
- Act as the liaison with employers to facilitate work experience placements.
- Plan and design lessons for the PSHE programme, ensuring they are purposeful and appropriate to the needs of our students.
- Work strategically within the Sixth Form to embed CEIAG and prepare students for their next steps.
- Continually review and enhance the School's Careers Strategy and Policy in line with the Gatsby Benchmarks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working with students whose primary needs are SEMH and Autism.
- Ability to work positively within a team to deliver a curriculum tailored to the needs of our students.
- Organised, professional, compassionate, resilient, and safeguarding aware.
- Good knowledge of the Gatsby Benchmarks and experience in developing careers education strategies.
- A passion for providing a rich learning experience and the ability to contribute ‘something different' to our practice.
